Barbara Tigue has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry.  She is an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E) certified Fitness Instructor, she also holds certifications in yoga, cycle/spinning and TRX.  Barbara's expertise lies in her dynamic yoga and her holistic approach to fitness for all levels.  Her straightforward approach, work ethic, and belief in self-discipline, responsibility, respect, and confidence in oneself while honoring your body, set her apart from most and make her an expert in her field.  In addition to fitness, she shares a passion for shooting and is a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. Barbara currently teaches privately, and is yoga director at D1 sports in Tampa.
